The following are a selection of utilities we have written to enhance the OPERA 3 solution.

Recode - Allows the changing of account/reference codes and updates all historic transactional records. For Sales/Purchase/Nominal/Stock & Costing Modules. Allows bulk recoding from a CSV file.

Delete - Allows the deletion of accounts that have a zero balance even if historical transactions exist.
For Sales/Purchase/Nominal and Stock modules.

Opera2Check - Easy to use database recovery tool. Fixes most common database,memo & index corruptions seamlessly with no user interaction required.

Copy Company - Allows the end user to copy a whole OperaII dataset into a new company on the same system.

Stocktake - Allows the freezing of stock figures per warehouse and allows new quantities to be entered on a browse screen after a stock take. Stock adjustments are automatically posted on update.

Wordlink - Automatically starts a letter in Microsoft Word for the current record from the OperaII action button. Account information is automatically inserted. Available for Sales/Purchase/Payroll/HR modules.

Postcode - Postcode provides fully integrated postcode lookup functionality into OPERA 3 - simply enter a postcode and the full address details are entered into OPERA 3. Integrated into Sales, Purchase, SOP, PIR, POP, SPM, WOP, Payroll & Personnel.
