information available regarding the solution required which allows him to deliver a complete
solution with as little amendments as possible.

Once delivered we are always available to accommodate any refinements or change that may be
to enhance the original proposal.

Our aim is to ensure the solution is delivered to specification and is robust so as to require as
minimal maintenance as possible.
